"Felicia was an absolute dream to work with! She was so easy to communicate with and walked me through every step of the process flawlessly. Any questions that I had she quickly answered without missing a beat, and kept me in the loop. She also had excellent staging recommendations, which I truly believe helped me get instant offers on the first day of showing! Felicia also went above and beyond to maintain the property after I relocated out of town, which was not expected but greatly appreciated. I will continue to recommend Felicia to anyone and everyone I know looking to buy or sell."

"Years of working with realtors Patti beat them all hands down. Patti was not only patient with us she went above and beyond to help us find the house we really loved. We looked at homes all over the Finger Lakes region and Patti was game for wherever we needed to go! I have never experienced working with someone so helpful and knowledgeable not just about the market but about actual house issues and mechanicals and really went out of her way in so many ways even when things looked rough she went to bat for us and helped us finally seal the deal . We are very grateful for all she did to help us find our Finger Lakes home"

"I would recommend Felicia to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the Auburn area. I bought a house in the wildest seller’s market and although it had it’s own challenges Felicia made it easy for me. She kept me focused on my “must-haves,” stayed positive, remained patient, and was never pushy. She was always available and always willing to walk me through homes even if I was pretty sure they weren’t “the one.” Felicia is also an impressive interior designer. Her creative eye and skills helped me be able to visualize what the home could be with some inexpensive cosmetic touch ups. Felicia is very knowledgeable. She had valuable insight for me and was able to catch some things that I would have never noticed on my own- in the home and in the fine-print alike. So a big THANK YOU to Felicia and if you’re looking to buy or sell a home in the area, don’t hesitate to give her a call!"

"Patti was always willing and able to schedule a showing or to answer questions. The time of day or day of the week were of no concern. She has an in depth knowledge of housing systems and based on that, provided potential points for price negotiation. While showing a property she was never impatient or in a rush to be somewhere else."

"My husband, Erik and I began working with Felicia to help us find a new home in January of 2022. Over the last 2 years, Felicia has been such a pleasure to work with. She is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable in her field and always made us feel like her number one priority. She took the time to understand our preferences and provided us with listings she knew would work for our lifestyle/needs. We went to countless showings together in which she was always on time and ready to share her professional advice on the property values. When it was time to sell our home she went to work right away using her social media presence to showcase our home. Within hours of being listed we had multiple showings scheduled and were under contract in less than 4 days. Buying and selling a home can be a daunting task but Felicia’s communication and expertise in her field made for a smooth and successful experience. We would highly recommend using Felicia for your real estate needs!"
